How will my goods be shipped?
Walkers Candy Co generally ships all orders under 5kg (including packaging), that will ship safely within a soft post satchel, with Australia Post standard post.
Where your order is over 5kg, or contains glass jars or fragile lollipops, your order will likely ship by courier.
All orders are shipped on a "Leave Safe" basis if you are not home. Please contact us if you do not want your goods left unattended for other freight options.
A tracking number will be issued to you once your goods are in transit. If your goods do not arrive in the time that you are expecting, please contact us and we will contact the shipping company. Please allow extra time in the lead up to busy peak times like Christmas.
Your order will usually ship within 2 working days of your payment clearing. If is going to take any longer you will be contacted. Please note that we close for our annual holidays for approx. two weeks from 24th December each year.
If your shipment does not arrive in the pristine condition that it leaves our factory, please take a photo and let us know immediately.
Are your products barcoded?
Yes. All of our standard packaged products have bar codes.
Can you make candy for our wedding?
Yes definitely. For smaller quantities, select from our extensive range of colours and flavours, or for larger orders we can make something unique just for you. There are many options. See our wedding page.
Do you sell product for fundraising?
Yes, please contact us to receive fundraising information.
Do you do special orders for corporate events?
Yes we do – just let us know your special requirements.
Do you exhibit at any trade shows?
Not at present, if you are interested in displaying our products at fairs and show please contact us.
Do you have a distributor?
Yes we do have a distributor for the Perth Metro area, please contact us for more information.
Do you have nutritional information?
Yes, we have nutritional information for all of our products on the product labels.
Do you make or sell chocolates?
We do not sell or wholesale chocolates of any type. We specialize in our own products.
Do you offer work experience opportunities?
Yes, we do. We offer work experience through local high school work experience programs. Contact your local school Career Education Officer for more information.
Do you write lettering or pictures inside the candy?
No, however we specialise in making candy in particular shapes and colours to match your event in flavours of your choice.
How are your lollipops made?
Aha...! Even Willy Wonka doesn’t give away all his secrets!
How do I get a wholesale price list?
You need to be a registered business to purchase wholesale. To obtain a price list, phone, fax or email and we will happily send you one by return.
How are your products packaged?
You can purchase our products in a number of ways. In bulk by the kilo, glass jars, branded bags or clear bags with or without labelling. You can attach your own labels or we are happy to do it for you.
What is a sugar free lolly made from?
The sugar is replaced by a product known as Isomalt. For in depth information on Isomalt please go to our suppliers website www.isomalt.com
Why is your wholesale price list not on the website?
As we get enquiries from both Retail and Wholesale customers we do not publish our wholesale rates to protect our resellers.
